NocodeAssistant is a two-person software studio for SMBs. We build internal tools and SaaS products for growing businesses. Founded in 2019. Senior-only. Remote-first. 78% of clients come back for a second project.

## Why we exist

We started this because most agencies disappear after they send the invoice.

A company would hire an agency. The agency would take the brief, build exactly what was requested, and hand it over. Three months later, the internal team couldn't maintain it, nobody had documented anything, and the original agency was already busy with someone else. The company would either rebuild from scratch or patch things together until the next budget cycle.

The problem was never the code. It was that nobody on the agency side cared about what happened after launch. The project was scoped, delivered, invoiced. Done.

NocodeAssistant was built the opposite way. Two people. You talk to the person who writes the code. We stay involved after launch because we already know the system. And we document everything so you can walk away whenever you want.

A two-person studio only feels risky if the knowledge lives in one head. Ours doesn't.

1. **Either of us can step in.** Every project is documented as we build it, not after. Himanshu can pick up where Arpita left off, and the reverse. You're never waiting on one person's memory or calendar.
2. **Everything is yours.** Code, accounts, access, and documentation transfer to you from day one. If we couldn't continue tomorrow, your project doesn't stop.
3. **The schedule runs on milestones, not availability.** Fixed scope, milestone payments, weekly written updates. Progress is defined by delivery, not by anyone's calendar.
