Here are some common questions about our agency and the services we provide.

How long does the development take?

Most projects are between 6–10 weeks from kickoff to hand‑off.

This includes a 1‑week discovery phase (requirements, wireframes), 4–6 weeks of development sprints (in 1‑ or 2‑week increments), 1 week of testing, feedback & training.

What pricing or engagement models do you offer?

You can choose a fixed price for a clearly scoped project or a monthly retainer if you’d like ongoing improvements and support. Both options come with a clear contract and no surprise fees.

Can non‑technical team members manage or update the product themselves?

To a large extent, yes. We’ll give you a quick training session.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Absolutely. We build solutions that work with your current tools and workflows.

Do you have designers on your team?

No. We don’t have in‑house designers. For internal tools, we use Untitled UI for a clean, consistent look. If you have your own designer or agency, we collaborate with them.

What happens if we don’t like the product?

Every project is built in sprints with regular reviews. That means we adjust early, long before launch, so you never get a “final version” you don’t want.

What do you need from us before starting?

A Master Services Agreement (MAS), a 50% deposit, and a kickoff call with your decision-makers. For integration projects, system access credentials are required.

Who will I be working with?

You’ll work directly with Himanshu as your main contact. Developers on your project are also available for direct communication via Slack or email.

Do you sign NDAs or work under strict confidentiality?

Yes. We’re happy to sign your NDA or ours. We do not enter into exclusivity contracts. Our work with you does not limit us from serving other clients in your industry.

Can I speak to your clients before hiring you?

We respect our clients’ time and do not involve them in sales calls. Instead, we share verified testimonials from past projects, both on our site and on G2, giving you a clear view of our approach, relationships, and results.

Why is your team just three people?

A tight, three‑person team means no red tape and no chinese whispers. You’ll work directly with the devs who handle every detail, every decision, and every delivery.

Do you work with startups only, or also scale-ups & enterprises?

Both. Our work ranges from funded startups to enterprise departments looking for fast, high-quality solutions without the overhead of a large agency.
