The company was founded in 2015 and has since become one of India's leading online coaching platforms. The company also provides a mobile app allowing students to access course materials. PrepLadder has received funding from various investors and has a large user base in India.

The challenge

PrepLadder previously utilized multiple tools for its business operations, but each tool operated independently without communication. To improve productivity and efficiency, PrepLadder sought a unified platform for their product team to track progress, allocate tasks, schedule meetings, and measure KPIs and NPS at the company level. They aimed to find a cost-effective solution quicker than developing the platform from scratch.

User Journey

We used Miro to visualise the user journey of the app.

  • Identified pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Sketched the user flows of the critical parts and business logic
  • Proved useful for anyone to understand the app in an easy way

UI Designs

We used Figma to create the high-fidelity mockups.

  • Iterated and refined the design based on feedback from the client

Scope of work

The scope of work for this project involved building a custom web application that provides a unified platform for their product team to track progress, allocate tasks, schedule meetings, and measure KPIs and NPS at the company level. The project will utilize Bubble, a no-code tool, to develop the platform in a cost-effective and efficient manner. The goal of the project is to optimize the platform for efficiency and productivity, and to ensure that it meets the goals of creating a more streamlined and efficient work environment.

The solution

PrepLadder now has a single platform which for their operations. They no longer had to switch between different tools to manage their work, which saved them time and increased efficiency. The platform also allowed them to track progress, allocate tasks, schedule meetings, and measure KPIs and NPS at the company level.
